Account Deletion

PantryMix is a kitchen management app operated by MIGIWA-YA. This page explains how to delete your account and related data in the app, and what data may be retained after deletion.

1Delete your account in the app

Open the Settings tab, then go to the Account section near the bottom of the screen. Tap Account Deletion, shown as a red destructive action.

To confirm the request, enter the email address registered to your account, then run the deletion. This confirmation step helps prevent accidental deletion.

If you are the host of a Family plan, cancel the Family plan first. If you have an active subscription, cancel it in the App Store or Google Play, wait until the paid billing period ends, then delete your account.

2If you cannot use the app

If you cannot sign in, no longer have access to the device, or cannot complete the in-app deletion flow, you can request deletion through the contact form.

Choose Personal Information Request on the contact form, then send the email address registered to the account and state that you want the account deleted. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.

3Data deleted

After deletion, cloud account information (email address, name, and profile image), family information, and user content such as shopping lists, stock, recipes, and family data are deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period.

Stock, shopping lists, and recipes that remain on your device are deleted by uninstalling the app. If you used PantryMix on multiple devices, uninstall it on each device.

4Data retained and retention period

Records related to purchases, billing, inquiries, and abuse prevention may be retained for the period required for legal compliance, accounting, and fraud prevention.

This retention approach is consistent with Section 6, Retention Period, of the Privacy Policy. Information that is no longer required is deleted or anonymized.
